This was the pre-production approval emulator. The COB unit is tethered to a larger demo board.
Below is the production COB (chip on board) in DIP (dual in-line pin) configuration. The unit measures 15mm x 17mm (1/2 inch x 5/8 inch. This unit plugs into the product's main board to supply the sound portion of the product's operation.
